About the artist:

Martin Langford RE. Fellow of the Royal Society of Painter/Printmakers and Royal Engravers.
Concentrating on mezzotint and etching.

"My work focuses on the environment and the consequences of man's enduring quest for material wealth. It has also been described as ‘black humour' but I always try to depitc a positive message too - the persitence of nature in recapturing what once belonged to the earth. And allowing people to laugh at life situations that might not at first glance present themselves as something you can or should laugh about."

Martin Langford. Artist Printmaker
