ShopGood Food: The Greenhouse Shop
We stock a range of foods from food co-operatives, Fairtrade suppliers and locally fairly traded goods.
We stock food suitable for vegetarians and vegans and cater for people on restricted diets such as those with gluten and nut allergies. We also sell seeds and green manures for those who want to grow their own food.
We are a major stockist for Essential Care skin care products and Suma Wholefood Co-Op. We sell Olive oil, almonds, dates, maftoul, za'atar and soaps from Palestine courtesy of Zaytoun.
RECYCLED PAPER AND CARDS
Our recycled stationary range contains such basics as Copier Paper in a range of colours, and basic. We stock a large range of greetings cards to suit all occasions from the funny-caption Cath Tate range to the superb art cards from Survival International. We stock greeting cards by local artists Vanna, Jeremy Bartlett and Kate Bligh, alongside wrapping paper and hand-made writing books.
We also stock Permaculture and the Green Building magazine, green books and DVD's from independent filmmakers and distributor Dogwoof.
FAIRTRADE
Our Fairtrade range includes Teas, Coffees and Cocoa from Equal Exchange, Clipper and Suma, and a small range of gifts. We stock sandalwood and Neen soaps and incense sticks supplied by One Village in India.
BEYOND FAIRTRADE
We are conscious of the integrity of the Fairtrade mark, but at the same time actively support small suppliers who have set up their own trading policies that extend support to suppliers beyond the Fairtrade brand criteria. Montezuma Chocolate company is a good example of this, and we stock a range of their high quality chocolate.
WINES AND SPIRITS
Our organic wines and spirits express the diversity of viticulture in the organic sector and are the largest selection available in Norwich. We feel sure the selection will suit all tastes. We promote a wine of the month and hold wine tastings to encourage serious and informed drinking!
